Terms and Conditions

Reservations: Tentative reservations can be held for seven (7) days without completion of a Reservation Form. After that time, a completed Reservation Form must be provided in writing via fax.

Deposit and Payment: Deposit and payment details will be arranged by telephone or email at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing by fax and will be considered effective on the date received. If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the charge is 25% of the rental fee. If a reservation is cancelled 59 days prior to arrival or less, the charge is 100% of the rental fee.

If one must cancel, there is a possibility to reserve Le Vigne for different arrival/departure dates without penalty depending upon availability and owner discretion.

If, for any reason beyond the owner's control the property is not available on the reserved date, all monies paid in advance will be refunded in full but guests will have no further claim against the owner.

Security Deposit: Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage and on-site expenses during occupancy. Upon arrival, guests must pay a EUR 500 security deposit in cash which will be returned in full upon departure minus charges for damage, breakage or on-site expenses. (see Additional Charges)

Additional Charges: A cell phone is provided and guests are responsible for any local and long distance calls incurred and such charges are due upon departure. Should there be any special requests (additional cleaning, babysitting, cooking lessons, shopping, etc.), these costs are also to be paid upon departure.

Arrival / Departure Date and Times: Rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged with owners. Arrival and departure times will be established at the time of booking.

Number of people: Without prior owner consent only those individuals named on the Reservation Form are permitted to stay at Le Vigne. Please note the number of guests over 16 years of age must exceed the number of younger guests and that date of birth is required for anyone under 18 years of age.

Health and Travel Insurance: The owners of Le Vigne strongly recommend that guests ensure adequate health insurance coverage for their time in Italy and consider travel insurance for financial protection.

Force Majeure: The owners of Le Vigne are not liable for circumstances amounting to force majeure or any other circumstances outside of the owners' control. This includes but is not limited to war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, earthquake, fire, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

House Rules: Use of the pool, pool area and all other factors are entirely at guests' risk. The owners of Le Vigne are not responsible for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by the guest, members of his party or visitors to the property regardless of cause. Owners reserve their discretionary right to require any individual to vacate the property for disruptive behavior without refund. No smoking is permitted inside the building.
